6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep:
- Paper hire forms — until the end of the season or until equipment is safely returned. After that they are securely destroyed.
- Booking information received via FareHarbor — retained according to FareHarbor’s own retention policy.
We do not keep data longer than necessary.
7. How Your Data Is Stored and Secured
Any paper forms are kept securely and destroyed when no longer needed.
Online data (e.g., booking information) is securely stored by our booking provider (FareHarbor). Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store card details.
Our website is built on WordPress with Elementor, which may use functional cookies as standard.
8. Sharing Your Personal Data
We do not sell or share personal data for marketing.
We may share information only with:
- Our booking provider (FareHarbor) — to process bookings
- Stripe — for secure payments
- Insurance providers — only if required for a valid claim
- Legal authorities — only where required by law
